About the role

As the Branch Manager Pharmaceutical at our client, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our pharmaceutical branch located in Central Java. This full-time position will see you leading a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products and services to our valued customers.

What you’ll be doing
Overview:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing all operational, financial, administrative, human resources (HR), and logistics management activities at the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures, to support the achievement of the company’s strategic plans.

– Activity Planning
– Licensing Management
– Sales Operation & Collection
– Customer Maintenance
– Operational Compliance & Infrastructure
– Finance & Administration
– Logistics & Warehouse Management
– Human Resources (HR)
– Coordination Meetings
– Systems & Procedures
– Reporting

Authority of the Position:
– Approve the branch-level work plan and budget.
– Approve fund disbursements in accordance with the budget.
– Approve the breakdown of targets per salesperson and per customer.
– Approve the monthly collection estimate.
– Approve the monthly visit plan.
– Approve additional orders.
– Approve asset investments in line with the budget.
– Execute cooperation contracts with outsourcing companies approved by the Head Office.
– Approve the official report on product destruction.
– Approve the official report on product transfer requests from regular to nettable categories.
– Approve cooperation agreements with outlets (PPJP agreements).
– Approve proposals for training and competency development for branch employees.

What we’re looking for

  1. Bachelor’s/Diploma degree graduates.

  2. A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience (in the same position as Branch Manager), ideally within the [PBF industry] (Pedagang Besar Farmasi)

  3. Proficient and familiar with using computer programs, at least Ms. Office

  4. Proficient in English both spoken and written

  5. Able to drive a car and have a valid driving license ( SIM A )

  6. Good communication and cooperation

  7. Good Presentation Skill, analytical thinking, market penetration and development, customer relationship, financial management, inventory management and teamwork

  8. Willing to be place all over the Branches (Sumatera, Papua, Central Java area) is MANDATORY.

  9. Strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and adaptability to diverse local cultures.

  10. Willingness to be stationed at multiple locations across Indonesia based on their operational needs.
