About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Balikpapan.
  • Our client is a Multinational Multifinance company. Currently, they are looking for Branch Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage branch resources effectively to meet business objectives, including staffing, budgeting, and facilities management.
  • Implement strategies to optimize branch performance and achieve targets 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share for automotive financing products in the Balikpapan area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to expand the customer base and increase loan origination.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices in all branch activities.
  • Implement risk management practices to mitigate credit, operational, and compliance risks associated with automotive financing operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of more than 10 staff members, including sales representatives, customer service agents, and administrative personnel.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of branch staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Sales, Branch Management, or related roles in the financial services industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading teams and managing branch operations.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and senior management.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with banking or financial software systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the Balikpapan area.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence and business integrity.
