Branch Manager

Kediri, Jawa Timur

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the business for the branch such as Sales and Operations
  • Oversee & run the daily operations of the branch office, ensuring all operations are running smoothly and efficiently according to company regulations (including warehouse operations & administration)
  • Review trade area and identify new market opportunities. Define the strategy and plan to grow sales
  • Keep in line with company growth strategy, and meet/exceed branch target
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Develop sales forecast, define the plan & strategies to achieve the target
  • Responsible to lead Sales & Promotional activities at the branch, that include, but not limited to, team monitoring, store visit and sales coaching (to ensure the products are being distributed properly)
  • Prepare report on sales 
  • Address customer issues and concerns promptly

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in area sales/commercial, especially in FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Result-driven and strong ability to identify problems & come up with hypotheses and solutions.
  • Able to demonstrate good decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Tech savvy candidates are preferred (familiarity with technological tools/platforms)
