About Our Client

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare and review monthly financial/management reports and other ad-hoc papers for presentation to the Management.
  • To prepare and review branch (Individual & consolidation) results for presentation to Management.
  • To undertake treasury functions and monitoring daily cash-flow positions.
  • To undertake administrative work & to assist HR on monthly payroll.
  • Supervise and oversee the function of accounts department.
  • To develop key performance indicators to measure branch current performance and for future planning.
  • To liaise with department heads and branch managers pertaining to all costs, financial and administrative matters.
  • To conduct review of internal cost control system & procedure and work-flow procedure.
  • Dealing with auditors (Year-end audit), tax agents (monthly & yearly tax filing submission) and notary publics for various matters
  • To analyze financial data and statements, and to identify and investigate costs variances and providing advise to management on cost / budget over-run and variances.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting / Professional Qualification in ACCA. 
  • Minimum 10-15 years’ accounting/finance experience.
  • Possess good skill and knowledge in financial statement analysis, management reporting, internal control, budgeting & forecast and taxation.
  • Mature and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Must have good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Able to work independently, under tight time-line and with colleagues at all levels.
