Butuh cepat!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Bookkeeper di kantor PT. ASIA FITNESS INDONESIA untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Lainnya & Lainnya/Kategori tidak tersedia serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk persyaratan yang PT kami inginkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 6.000.000.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline

2. Equivalent Work/Life Experience.

Experience:

1. At least 1-year experience in bookkeeping

2. Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics

1. Good attention to detail to enter correct data into financial records and recognize errors.

2. Computer literacy, especially familiarity with spreadsheets such as Microsoft Office and Excel.

3. Multi-tasking and organizational skills to manage different financial duties, including the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.

4. Independent worker

5. Be an enthusiastic learner.

Language Ability:

1. Ability to effectively read and interpret documents such as business correspondence and e-mail instructions from the leadership team.

2. Possess the ability to write business documents and e-mails with professional integrity written in excellent English grammar.

3. Be able to speak and explain complex financial matters in accessible terms

Math Ability:

1. Mathematics skills for accurate record-keeping.

2. Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as budgets, revenue, sales performance statistics, and productivity reports.

3. Be Able to apply basic statistical analysis and to relay data to the leadership team.

4. Be able to generate graphs and create basic formulas using Microsoft Excel.

Reasoning Ability:

1. Possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form from the leadership team.

2. Be able to effectively solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations in all systems within the administrational process.

3. Be able to effectively assess when to seek assistance from the leadership team and when to appropriately take initiative.

4. Be able to accept constructive feedback and utilize this feedback in a constructive manner.
