THE ROLE :

Booking Supervisor (Booking Junior Supervisor) is instrumental in ensuring that Service Delivery tasks (Booking) are completed efficiently to meet customer requirements and adhere strictly to Group processes and local legal requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

a.Deliver excellent incident (case) management as per Service Level commitmentb.Manage & process booking request within agreed service level agreement. c.Conduct regular Reviews with internals departments (GBS, Sales, Lines, Finance,…) to deliver any improvement or address any riskd.Engage with internal departments (GBS, Sales, Lines, Finance,…) for better resolution time & processe.Booking Integration and confirmation f.Perform mandatory checks (e.g., routing, quotation, allocation and equipment or haulage) g.Controls of Freight related info (quotation validity, Payer, POP) h.Manage booking amendments / cancellationi.All updates to Journey Legs as part of internal amendments up to cause by vessel delays, call omits, roll over, cut & run, late VGM

a.Customer Satisfaction (NPS & TPS survey results) for service deliverablesb.Transactional Case Resolution TATc.Booking TATd.Draft BL TATe.Dispute Resolution TAT

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE:

a.Strong knowledge in Shipping Industry (minimum 5 years of experience)b.5+ years in a Service Delivery teamc.2-4 years of manager and supervisory experienced.Management Skillse.Commitment in delivering the best Customer Experiencef.Must be able to prioritize work effectively and manage time efficientlyg.Great communication skillsh.Analytical & Reporting aptitude (Data, Qliksense)
