• Responsible for Corrective and Preventive maintenance of Core , VAS and IN network elements within defined SLA’s
• Responsible for Fault management in terms of coordination among other Back Office teams (Core,VAS and IN)
• Responsible for Configuration management for Core , VAS and IN network elements and services
• Responsible for Audit of existing network and suggestion of improvement plans
• Responsible for managing the Back Office resources to get the effective utilization of resources.
• Responsible for Leading Coordination with customer and MS internal departments and 3rd Party technical Partner
• Responsible for supporting Planning by providing Resource, network topology and information
• Responsible to ensure SLA and KPI achievement as per contractual target

Requirements:

• Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a fast-changing environment
• Strong analytical and organization skill                 
• Bachelor’s degree majoring Telecommunication,electronic, Information Technology, Computer
• Minimum 10 years experience with telecommunuication industry
• Deepknowledge about VAS or In or Roaming network operation and handling process.
• Good skill for change and configuration
