Job Title : Bill of Material Officer

Job Overview :

Process data entry material of buyer Bill of Material (BOM), routing material into SAP system, and ensure the process runs smoothly

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry from Project Coordinator through VD System and another department via email to input BOM in SAP system
• Compile and transfer data buyer BOM, BOM Bottom, and yield) from paper formats into SAP systems according to priorities. Whatever task which a data entry performs has to be within a time limit
• Routing material in SAP for the list of activities to be performed for the production process and a sequence of activities performed at the work center
• Assessing and guaranteeing the accuracy and consistency of collected data
• Verify the data if already complete and correct data in SAP System where necessary by comparing it to source documents and obtaining missing data
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents when the data is incomplete or incorrect
• Update existing data and delete unnecessary content with ECN form regading the change BOM in System
• Should be able to prepare and maintain all the reports and provide them whenever necessary and at the same time perform backup operations
• Sort, organize, and store paperwork after entering data to ensure the completion of work is orderly
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant file
• Handling additional duties from time to time to support the smooth operation of the work process
• Follow company program:
• Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
• Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirements :

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
• Minimum 18 Years Old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Any Major
• At least 1 year experience in the same field 
• Knowledges and Skills
• Master Material data SAP, material code & BOM
• Data Routing Process
• SAP, ERP, VD system
• Microsoft Office
• Able to carry out work according to procedures
• Understanding vision mission company & safety policy and standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
• Personality / Character : Customer focus, Communicates effectively and Drives collaboration
