Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social Media and KOL Specialist to join our team. As the Senior Social Media and KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the social media marketing of our brand, and specifically overseeing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and multi-channel networks (MCNs). You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns, manage social media accounts, and develop and execute KOL strategies that will drive engagement, grow our audience, and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing strategy

·      Manage and grow official social media accounts across multiple platforms including Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, etc.

·      Identify and engage with KOLs and MCNs to build relationships and create partnerships

·      Develop and execute KOL campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive engagement

·      Create and maintain a database of KOL and MCN contacts and manage outreach efforts

·      Collaborate with the content team to create and curate content for social media and KOL campaigns

·      Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and KOL partnerships

·      Stay up-to-date on social media trends and make recommendations for new opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

·      3+ years of experience in social media marketing and KOL management

·      Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing successful social media campaigns

·      Experience working with KOLs and MCNs and developing successful partnerships

·      Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms

·      Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with external partners

·      Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

·      Experience in the livestreaming or entertainment industry is a plus

·      Existing network of KOL or MCN resources is preferred
