Hebe Beauty Style is a company engaged in beauty with the brands Y.O.U, Barenbliss, Dazzle Me, Lavojoy, and Glamfix. This company was first launched and debuted in the Indonesian market in mid-2018. Upholding the philosophy of beauty and then combining the sophistication of science and technology with the goodness of nature to produce products that are more than just temporary solutions, but guarantee quality that can last longer.

We are hiring a candidate for Beauty Live Streaming Trainer.

What would you do:

1. Training & Development:

• Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and resources, tailored to various skill levels and audience demographics.
• Plan ahead training schedule responsible to all trainees / host and deliver engaging and interactive live-streaming training sessions focused on beauty techniques, trends, and product demonstrations.
• Make sure the execution of strategy, keeping frequent good communication and coordination with the host, team lead and live stream operator.
• Stay updated on emerging beauty trends, products, and technologies to ensure training materials remain current and innovative.

2. Content Creation and Presentation:

• Develop engaging and informative livestream content, incorporating product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and interactive elements to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with beauty influencers, professionals, and brand ambassadors to enhance training content and ensure relevance and accuracy.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and IT, to ensure seamless coordination of livestream training activities to promote sales & marketing sales
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align livestream initiatives with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan live streaming events aligned with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

4. Technical Setup and Maintenance:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.

5. Performance Analysis:

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and participant feedback, and continually refine content based on insights and industry updates.

What are We looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Cosmetology, Beauty Science, Marketing. Communication, Art, or any related field). With relevant experience, as Beauty Trainer or Beauty Make-Up Artist for 1-2 years.
• Interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry and proven experience as a beauty professional, makeup artist, or beauty influencer with a strong passion for live streaming and digital content creation.
• Experience in instructional design and training delivery, with the ability to convey complex beauty concepts in an accessible and engaging manner with In-depth knowledge of beauty products, makeup techniques, skincare routines, and industry trends.
• Have good english communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport and inspiring others.
• Skill software; Microsoft Office software; Word / Excel / PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
• Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, with Full WFO system (Mon – Fri).
