L Beauty is a joint-venture between LVMH Fragrances and Cosmetics and LUXASIA for the distribution and business development of some of its Beauty brands in South East Asia. 

BRAND: Benefit Cosmetics 

LOCATION: BANDUNG & MAKASSAR

Job Description:

– Assisting customer in make-up and/or skincare suggestion and selection, making sure to deliver best shopping experience to customer.

– Attract new customer by walk in sales and maintaining good relationship with existing customer by follow up.

– Manage boutique or counter’s merchandise stocks level by keeping keen and tidy administration report and existing physical product.

Requirements:

– Minimum senior high graduated or higher.

– Having experience as Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor min. 3 years in reputable make-up brands.

– Having a full understanding in make-up and/or skincare application, able to perform make up and/or skincare demo to customer.

– Target oriented, good communication skill, fast learner, good teamwork.

– Working in shifting hours and weekend.
