Our client is a global organization, one of the leader within its industry. Due to their expansion plan, they are looking to recruit for a business development manager (Korean Native) to be part of their growth team.

Description

• Identify and assess potential business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and staying updated on market dynamics.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new market segments and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs and align with company offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and capabilities.
• Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while fostering long-term partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to proactively identify areas for innovation and differentiation.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and expand its network.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to business growth.
• Willingness to travel as required to attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
