About Us: Jal Yoga International is a well established Yoga studio that has 6 studios around Singapore offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes an expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta, Dubai and soon Philippines. Position Overview: As a Barre Instructor, you will lead dynamic and engaging classes that blend elements of dance, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Through your expertise and creativity, you will guide clients of all levels through challenging yet accessible routines that improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall fitness. Join us in bringing the joy of movement to our clients and helping them discover their inner strength and beauty.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-energy and motivating Barre classes with enthusiasm and passion.
• Develop creative and effective choreography that targets all major muscle groups.
• Provide clear and precise instructions, demonstrations, and modifications to ensure proper technique and alignment.
• Inspire and encourage clients to push past their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where clients feel supported, encouraged, and empowered.
• Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to enhance class offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, including equipment setup and sanitization.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Barre instruction from a recognized training program.
• Previous teaching experience in dance, fitness, or group exercise preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and class formats.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
