🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Drink & Food Preparation

• Prepare all smoothie, coffee, and beverage items with high quality and consistency

• Follow PickleBali recipes and presentation standards

• Prepare light food offerings (bowls, sandwiches, toppings) with cleanliness and care

• Ensure all drinks meet PickleBali presentation and portion standards — vibrant, high-quality, and photo-ready

Customer Experience

• Welcome and engage customers with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Offer product recommendations and educate customers on drinks and specials

• Represent the PickleBali brand with hospitality and warmth

Inventory & Product Management

• Track and restock ingredients, supplies, and prep items daily

• Manage FIFO (First In, First Out) storage and cleanliness of all café ingredients

• Assist in placing café orders and receiving stock deliveries

Cleanliness & Station Management

• Maintain a spotless, organized smoothie and coffee station

• Clean surfaces, equipment, and tools between uses and during shift

• Follow hygiene, PPE, and eco-friendly product standards

Sales & Upselling

• Operate POS systems with accuracy and speed

• Promote product combos, new items, and seasonal specials

• Track daily sales and contribute ideas to improve menu performance

Shift Operations & Communication

• Follow all café opening/closing procedures including setup, restock, and cleaning rituals

• Communicate clearly with teammates during handovers and peak hours to ensure smooth prep, flow, and customer service

Innovation & Feedback

• Gather informal customer feedback and share suggestions for improving products or service

• Collaborate with the team to propose seasonal specials or café upgrades monthly

Event Support & Pop-Ups

• Support event bar setups, pop-up smoothie stations, or mobile café activations during club tournaments or VIP functions

• Experienced Barista: You’ve worked in cafés or smoothie bars and know what quality looks like

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in café, barista, or smoothie bar work

• Ability to prepare espresso-based drinks and smoothies with consistency

• Comfortable with food hygiene and handling standards

• Conversational English required

• Lives within 30 minutes of PickleBali Clubs Raya

• Must be able to lift supplies, move actively, and work long shifts during busy days

• Willing to work weekends, early mornings, and peak events
