Responsibility:

• Responsible to all operational details from barge to vessels, including preparation to loadingunloading into vessels.
• Responsible for all types of cargo, equipment used in the loading and unloading process, and
  appropriate methods for safely transporting cargo.
• Communicate with ship captains, agents, and other parties involved in the loading and unloading
  process (schedules, requirements, etc.)
• Ensure workplace and environmental safety during the loading and unloading process.
• Carry out responsibilities and understand to Shipping Standard Operation Procedures from Shipping Instructions, PNBP payment terms, Certificate of Origin, other supporting documents,
  Notice of Readiness, Berthing procedures, Loading-Unloading time sheet, Cargo manifest, Bill of
  Lading, Cast of Jetty, Coal Sampling Quality Loading-Unloading, Certificate of Sampling and Analysis,
  Certificate of Weight Loading, Sailing Approval Letter, cargo insurance policy documents.
• Supervise and record the work status of the floating crane vessel, collect and record on-site work
  data/relevant party information;
• Develop a logistics sector development strategy based on the enterprise strategic plan, and
  complete the standardized design of logistics;
• Monitor logistics operation performance, develop logistics distribution plans, and effectively
  integrate and manage internal and external resources;
• Track the dynamics of barges that require urgent loading and unloading to ensure their normal
  operation.
• Understanding, Maintaining relationship and Monitoring Third Party Surveyor for Lab Analysis.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Harbour or logistics Background, or a related field; Have exposure in a Port
  and Logistics / Supply Chain within large mining organization in related area is preferable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in barge to vessel operations.
• In-depth knowledge of barge & vessel and coal handling, port operations and regulatory
  compliance.
• Must have many connections and partnerships with other parties related to barge/vessel
  companies.
• Familiar with port trade and customs clearance business;
• Have a clear understanding of logistics processes and standardized management;
• Familiar with the logistics operation mode of bulk commodities.
