*Weekly Responsibilities:*

1. *Oversight & Management:*
  – Oversee the daily operations of the bar to ensure efficient service, customer satisfaction, and smooth operation.
  – Conduct regular stock takes, ensuring inventory levels are adequate and orders are placed in a timely manner.
  – Manage cash in/out processes, including handling machine transactions and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

2. *Entertainment & Event Planning:*
  – Entertainment is a key focus; therefore, planning and executing weekly entertainment events such as live music, pool tournaments, and pinball competitions is essential.
  – Review weekly TV guides and identify the top 5-10 sports events (e.g., UFC, NRL, AFL) that are likely to draw significant crowds. These events should be promoted through our online marketing channels at least one week in advance.
  – Focus on local sports events and games that are not being shown by other bars, to differentiate the bar and attract a niche audience.

3. *Menu & Promotions:*
  – Update the drinks menu and create food promotions on a weekly basis to generate fresh interest and attract repeat customers.
  – Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to develop new offerings that align with current trends and customer preferences.

4. *Staff Management:*
  – Manage and mentor staff individually, ensuring that each team member understands and achieves their responsibilities and KPIs.
  – Foster a professional, safe, and supportive workplace culture that encourages staff development and high performance.

5. *Safety & Compliance:*
  – Ensure the bar maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
  – Regularly inspect the premises and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.

*Compensation:*
– The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, upon achieving minimum revenue targets and maintaining operational standards during the first three months, profit share will be offered on margins & revenue.
