Banquet Supervisor holds a crucial role in the successful execution of banquet events. They oversee and manage the banquet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of exceptional guest experiences. The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading a team of banquet servers, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail. They collaborate with various departments, such as culinary, event planning, and sales, to coordinate event logistics, set up banquet spaces, and ensure the seamless flow of service. The Banquet Supervisor also plays a pivotal role in maintaining the hotel’s reputation by upholding brand standards, enforcing policies and procedures, and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during banquet events. Qualifications
