Job Desc : 

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and lead-generation activities. Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
2. Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
3. Proposal Development : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
4. Negotiation : Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize contract terms, pricing, and other relevant details.
5. Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to foster long-term partnerships.
6. Sales Target Achievement : Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
7. Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking the progress of leads through the sales process.
8. Documentation and Reporting : Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

   Requirement : 

• A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent in English, both verbal & written.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in acquiring and maintaining B2B Partners.
• Superior networking skills.
• Proven track record of partner acquisition.
• Strong understanding of various industries and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
• A go-getter attitude that resonates with a strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; ability to convey important messages clearly and compellingly.
