Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi B2B Account Manager di perusahaan PT Elevenia Sinergi Prima Nusantara untuk domisili Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks for business growth.
  • To drive both sales growth and accounts by introducing various products and services available through elevenia business such as IT and Technology, Office Equipment’s, MRO.
  • Provide reports to management regularly (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, this involves making telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers regularly.
  • Build and foster executive stakeholder relationships (decision-makers) by maintaining a strong service approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the lead point of contact and handle customers’ needs.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Advise management by suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

To fill this position, you have to meet the following requirements:

  • Having a minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager minimum 5 years.
  • Understand and/or have experience or knowledge of B2B/Corporate Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills (passionate about Direct Selling).
  • Excellent negotiating, and presentation skills, and ability to build relationships.
  • Superb research, strong knowledge of industry products, and market intelligence skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, passionate, Can-Do attitude.
