Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR di perusahaan PT Damai Indah Semesta untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang kami inginkan adalah Layanan Konsumen – Berhadapan dengan Konsumen (Call Center & Layanan Konsumen) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 7.100.000 - Rp 8.100.000.

Job Description :
Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
Helps identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer
Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs.
Diagnose car problem before choosing a repair shop
Search for the right repair shop to fix the vehicle that is having problems
Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
Writes a brief description of the customer’s concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.
Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
Handles customer complaints.
Schedules service appointments.
Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
rovides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed, and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as appropriate.
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
Make reports for superiors related to customer complaints.
Requirement:
Experience in an automotive Service Advisor
5 years Experience
Have Experience as Car Technician
Excellent communication and managerial skills
Experience with the all brand, Specifically for upper segment car or CBU car
Fluent in communicating in a foreign language, at least English, both Oral and Written and being able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
Willing to work at South Jakarta (Pondok Indah)
Monday-Saturday Work day (half day until 3 pm)
