Job Description :

• Conduct comprehensive electrical system inspections on big dump trucks/excavator, including checking wiring harnesses, fuses, relays, and electrical components for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of electrical faults in big dump trucks/excavator, including alternator, starter, battery, lighting system, and engine management system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on big dump truck/excavator electrical systems, including cleaning and lubricating components, checking connections, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Utilize specialized electrical diagnostic tools and equipment to identify the root cause of electrical malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical control systems, including hydraulic control systems and machine control systems.
• Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and established safety protocols while working on big dump truck/excavator electrical systems and within the maintenance workshop environment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed repair records for each big dump truck/excavator, documenting the nature of the electrical fault, repair procedures, and replacement parts used

Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to be place at Satui, South Kalimantan.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an auto electrician or heavy equipment electrician.
• Having knowledge of the electrical systems of big dump trucks/excavator, including electrical components, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills to identify the root cause of electrical malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions.
• Strong electrical aptitude, demonstrating proficiency in using a variety of electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to big dump trucks/Exavator
• Having good communication and interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
• A commitment to safety, consistently adhering to established safety procedures and promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
