Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi ATS Analyst di tempat usaha PT Jobstreet Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan syarat yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

System Efficiency:

Optimize the ATS to ensure a smooth and efficient transfer process.
Implement best practices to enhance the overall functionality of the ATS.

Collaboration with Recruiters:

Work closely with recruiters to understand the specific requirements of each job opening.
Provide support in identifying and prioritizing CVs that closely match job criteria.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness within the ATS.
Address any discrepancies or issues related to CVs and job postings.

Reporting and Feedback:

Generate reports on CV transfer metrics and effectiveness.
Provide feedback to recruiters on trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in ATS administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of hiring processes and job requirements.
Familiarity with job portal platforms and the ability to navigate them efficiently.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
