We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate, Campaign to bolster Klook’s presence in Indonesia and attract new travellers through exciting user acquisition campaigns. You’ll be responsible for the execution of innovative campaigns, both online and offline.

What you’ll do:

• Create, plan and implement B2C marketing campaigns to acquire new users and engage existing ones for Klook in Indonesia

• Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials for marketing campaigns

• Develop and execute monthly marketing plans together with the Campaign Manager

• Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of online and offline marketing campaigns

• Assist with day-to-day operations within the marketing team, with exposure across all of Klook’s marketing channels – inclusive but not limited to:

  • Social media

  • CRM

  • Offline branding

  • Activations

  • Performance marketing

• Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in Indonesia

What you’ll need:

• 2-5 years of experience in consumer marketing with a mix of digital, offline and BTL experience with good creative excellence

• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication. Conversational Bahasa Indonesian to liaise with external partners

• Strong time and project management skills with attention to detail and understanding of how e-commerce works

• Well-developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills

• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset

• Not afraid to work independently when required
