Job description & requirements

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (psychology, sociology, anthropology), business management, and information systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Product Researcher or related field, or Fresh graduate with intern experience in related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa written and spoken. Fluent in English written and spoken is a plus.
• Self-driven, Confident
• Have strong analytical thinking 
• Great communication and active listening skills

Job Description:
Research

• Assist senior researchers to plan and execute research initiatives.
• Collect insights into user behavior by exploring both UX research (to understand user’s experience in using a product) and conducting product research (to understand the market landscape for a certain product). 
• Run product research, mainly through competitive benchmarking.
• Employ various research methods ranging from surveys and in-depth interviews, focused group discussion to usability testing and contextual study.
• Synthesize data, develop conclusive and actionable insights in a report, and deliver product improvements suggestions based on your insights.
• Collaborate closely with different teams in each project (mainly product team & engineering team) to provide impactful insights for their decision-making process.
