Skill yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami berikan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

The Role

Reporting to one of our O2C Team Leaders, this entry level role will allow you to build up your knowledge of the O2C processes and the SEEK Asia business. On a day-to-day basis, you will support the key functions of O2C such as billing, allocating cash, receipting and handling local tax certificates. In some locations, the Associate O2C Specialist may also get involved in collections activities.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the guidance of the O2C Team Leader and Senior Specialists to:

  • Complete new customer anti-fraud checks (certain locations only)
  • Ensure accurate invoicing to customers, via electronic or paper distribution depending on local legislation
  • Allocate all incoming payments correctly using remittance advice, provide receipts if required by local legislation, and activate customer packages
  • Collect withholding tax certificates from customers (certain locations only)
  • Manage a portfolio of debtors accounts within agreed KPI’s and targets, focusing on reduction of % of overdue debts and improvement in cash collections (certain locations only)
  • Address and resolve any financial queries lodged within specific SLAs
  • Maintain open communication channels and keep detailed records of all our customer interactions
  • Drive & support continuous improvement initiatives being rolled out across all O2C teams
  • Support or drive (where relevant) the implementation of key operational projects

So, what we are looking for:

Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain productive, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders at every level across Finance and the wider organisation
  • Able to communicate meaningfully with diverse audiences (including non-Finance) using clear and accurate messaging
  • Strong problem resolution skills and an ability to remain cool, calm and composed under pressure
  • Good English language use, both written and verbal

Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies

The following skills, experience and competencies are not essential, but would be looked at favourably:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance roles
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar qualifications
  • Hands-on working experience with Salesforce, Workday Financials and Microsoft Great Plains
  • Thai and/or Bahasa Indonesia language capability
