Brief on Job Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery:

• To contact Indonesian company (ies) who may be liable to pay outstanding dues to the clients of our client (MNS).

• Conduct Basic Search and trace the debtor / other company (ies) and get various details (i.e. office addresses, telephone numbers, management details etc.) using various tools/websites / relevant authorities etc. available in Indonesia and make calls if so required, to authenticate the documents / information of our clients.

• Contact the debtor through phone calls and otherwise for amicable settlement and resolution of debts between such debtor and its creditor under the guidance & approval from the Head office in a professional and legal manner.

• Contact and coordinate with the decision maker in the debtor company to arrive at settlement on amicable terms out of court.

• Visit and meet the debtors for out of court settlement as professional representative / mediator on behalf of Creditor under authority of K & P Law Associates.

Company Verification:

• Search on the company based in Indonesia using various tools and website. (Name and address of the company will be shared by the credit reporting team as and when required.)

• Gather information about the company, its management and other information as required by the Head Office.

• Search through the Local company registry and collect data on companies. (Head Office will train how to search company through local company registry.)

• Take photos of the company if required by the Head office and share with HO.

• Any other assignment/work as may be assigned by HO.

• To download the report.

• Verification of the credentials of new business acquaintances.

• Authenticate the basic corporate details of customers, prospect customers, partners, and any form of basic due diligence which is required by a company or organization.

• The information or documents provided is complete or match with the relevant official records.
