Business Solutions team supervise current logistics products offering and marketing. This position will focus to drive the strategic development, optimization, and performance enhancement of our logistics products and services. Also, oversee delivery services done by Lazada Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle: from ideation and planning, through go-to-market strategies, launch, development, customer retention, and eventual product sunset.
• Lead the project: create feasibility analysis, business cases, process design, implementation, and post mortem analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products successfully. Coordinate efforts and align priorities to meet project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct thorough market research to perform industry and competitor benchmarking, create comprehensive studies, and provide actionable recommendations based on market insights.
• Establish KPIs and performance monitoring for product operations, conduct regular reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates leaderships meetings, prepare reports and analysis for management review.
• Demonstrates business acumen and ability to translate KPIs into business insights.
• Participates in projects and ensure strict adherence to project in terms of timeline and visibility to management team.

Requirements (must have)

• Bachelor degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)/business/economics from a reputable institution; advance degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management field (specifically in consulting/tech/logistics industry) or consulting strategy and operations implementation or solutions design.
• Fluency verbal and written in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable with figures, must have solid data analytics skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel; basic understanding in technical concepts and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to understand general business management, financial concepts, and identify key components in strategic and business plans.
• Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, project management skills, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong intrapersonal and communication skills to manage different stakeholders and collaborative team player.
