JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Examine, review and analyze contract, memorandum, law, regulation, verdict and any other legal documents;
2. Provide solution, strategy, advise and opinion on the case and/or any legal need of client;
3. Arrange, draft and review legal documents both corporate and litigation including warning letter, legal correspondences, settlement agreement, petition, lawsuit etc.
4. Assist and/or represent client both in litigation and non-litigation matters including civil lawsuit, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, criminal, negotiation, dispute settlement etc.
5. Liaise with judicial, legal and government institution to fulfill, protect and maintain legal interest and need of the client;
6. Continuously responsible for case handling as well as for monitoring and reporting case progress in comprehensive and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum S1 from reputable university
2. Having 1-5 years of experience in law office or legal department
3. Having an advocate license is preferable
4. Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
5. Able to work independently and in a team
6. Excellent in research, problem solving and negotiation skill
7. Responsible, grow mindset, time management, self-discipline and honest
