Job Description

Associate – Group Internal Tax is responsible to provide internal business support with tax preparation services to ensure internal financial operations comply with tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly Withholding Tax and Value-added Tax calculation and equalization report in monthly basis.
• Prepare billing ID for tax payment, ensure the accuracy and timely payment and submission of monthly and annual tax report.
• Prepare monthly WHT Return and VAT Return by using e-SPT/e-Bukpot/e-Faktur.
• Prepare Revise WHT Return and VAT Return.
• Support Filling Annual Corporate Income Tax by using e-Form.
• Support for Tax Assessment, Dispute, and Appeal with External Parties.
• Support for Internal Audit and Preliminary Audit in yearly basis with External Parties.
• Collection e-bukpot from e-prepopulated unifikasi and reconciles against ledger and confirm direct to Customer if necessary.
• Liaise with O2C Team for release Tax Invoices.
• Monitor Tax Invoices should be Aligned with sales revenue on ledger
• Undertake Global ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Taxation/Accounting major.
• Minimum have 1-2 years in-job related experiences.
• Have excellent knowledge about Tax Regulation in Indonesia
• Have working experience in Tax Consulting Firm will be an advantage
• Hold Brevet A/B/C Certification (USKP will be an advantage)
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to communicate both in English and Indonesian (written and spoken)
