Reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Indonesia, the role of Associate – FIG Indonesia supports the Head of FIG and Senior FIG Relationship Managers to maximize business revenue and returns from a portfolio of FIG clients in Indonesia through the implementation and execution of the Global FIG strategy. This role is key to the FIG business, covering a portfolio of Banks, Funds, Insurance and Diversified Financial clients.  The most important attributes for this role are work ethic, values and an ability to learn quickly.  Experience serving financial institutions (such as supporting FIG clients in KYC, account servicing) would also be welcome.

• Client relationship management including on boarding and KYC, account servicing, and deal management.
• Strong engagement with stakeholders including product partners, operations, risk, R&A as well as ANZ’s international network to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support the team to ensure the portfolio is well managed and in compliance with the Bank’s credit policies, group standards and regulatory requirements.

• Highly organized, able to thrive in high-pressure scenarios, and to work extended hours to meet deadlines when required.
• Self-motivated and proactive with capacity to operate successfully across cultures.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment with varied work responsibility depending on business needs.
• Previous experience in the Financial Industry is advantageous, particularly FIG customer experience and / or KYC background.
