Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for overall day to day management
• Identify and schedule preparation activities, facilitate and verify processes
• To coordinate with other department, customer, ship owners, agents and shipyards with operation work plan
• Responsible to address customer’s requirements, complaints, resolve problems and complete work scopes
• Must be able to troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair the main type of turbocharger i.e., MAN, ABB, MITSUBISHI, KBB and advantage (priority)
• Oversee and understand workshop jobs i.e., blasting of rotor, dynamic balancing, and taking measurement.
• Oversee and supervise team members and make them understand the job scope base on customer’s requirements.
• To plan and prepare for upcoming jobs including parts, information, personal hand tools, special OEM tools, and
consumables to complete job.
• To ensure documentations of all work performed with all measurements and activities included.
• Assist and work together with commercial department to manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new potentials based on onsite experiences
• Follow all company safety protocols and industry standards.
Job Requirement:
• Technical Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 2-5 years experience working turbocharger or in a Mechanical workshop Environment.
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring and dynamic balancing equipment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good people skills and able to work with people of all background and levels.
• Fluent in English oral & written
• Candidate must process at least a degree in relevant discipline.
• Ability to use MS Word and MS Excel
• Placement in Batam
