Our Logistic team isembarking on an exciting journey as it is looking for people who will work on Ultra logistic project and Shipment planning operation in OTM and SAP

What can you expect from the role?

• Responsible for handling shipment plan creation in OTM and SAP for GT, STO, IC, OI and Shuttle

• Analyze and raised for any shipment plan creation issue.

• Monitoring shipment modification in OTM 

• Ensure rate availability for Shipment plan in OTM.

• Working together with CSO for schedule bulk run and allocation hand over

• Assess different and blank cost for each shipment.

• Responsible for Logistic ticketing tools and logistic conversion tool such as creating new username, monitoring LTT ticket duration time, and SOP

Does this sound like you?

• S1 Fresh graduate or Max 2 years working experience.

• Experience with SAP/OTM system – not compulsory 

• Highly motivated and willing to learn. 

• Able to work under pressure. 

• Able to work without supervision and in a team

• Computer Skill – Office and Power BI
