About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT Aeroxspace Adventure Indonesia as an Assistant Sales Manager. In this full-time role based in Denpasar, Bali, you will play a crucial part in driving the company’s sales strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to optimise processes, implement new initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

1. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing the overall sales strategy to meet revenue goals

2. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and support to enhance their performance

3. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales processes

4. Develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions and other initiatives to drive lead generation and conversion

5. Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

6. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align sales efforts with the company’s broader objectives

7. Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets and reports

What we’re looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a sales management or senior sales role, preferably within the tourism or adventure sports industry

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients

5. Familiarity with sales best practices, including pipeline management, CRM systems, and sales automation tools

6. University degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or sales
