Skill yang PT kami inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang kita butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

We’re looking for a passionate and technically talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager for software development. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering IT software products on schedule with high standard together with our senior Project Manager’s guidance and our technical architects. You’ll be expected to be super organized, proactive and can work great with a team culture.  Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Project Management and software development
  • Ability to document task analysis, workflows and user-case scenarios
  • Keep track of all project details such as timeline, budget and quality of work
  • Empathy for team mates and motivate the team with optimistic attitude
  • Analytical thinking abilities
  • Keen eye for details and organized
  • Outgoing personality and enjoys communicating with people
  • Exceptional presentation and visual communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with various parties
  • Ability to manage client expectation
  • Great understanding of customer requirements and needs and be able to communicate it to the team
  • Active in generate idea to solve problems
  • Have habit to take notes on every discussion
  • Deadline tracker and alarm for team and client in performing their task

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Has a Bachelors Degree in computer science/information systems or related subjects
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Understands peoples need based and ability to explore their requirement through interview process
  • Asks the right questions and gets things done
  • Write beautiful document than can be understand by everyone
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of SDLC (Systems Development Live Cycle) is a plus
