Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Impor/Ekspor & Pabean (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 19.000.000.

Our client, a leading company in the renewable bioenergy sector, is now looking for an Assistant Project Manager!

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist the project manager in business analysis and decision-making, provide support for the formulation of strategies, business plans and various budgets, and follow up the decomposition and sinking of strategic objectives.

2. Master the work dynamics of various departments, coordinate internal and external cooperation, and assist in dealing with related business reception work.
2. Promote the improvement of management mechanism, optimize risk control system and performance appraisal system.

3. Organize all kinds of office meetings and important activities, be responsible for drafting and issuing meeting minutes, and check and supervise the implementation of meeting resolutions.

4. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

Requirements:

1. Modest and studious, strong sense of responsibility, good organization and coordination ability.
2. 3-5 years of experience in the export-import or transportation industry.
2. Bachelor degree, major is not limited.
3. Fluent in Chinese, English and Indonesian, fluent in reading and writing, no communication barriers.
4. Management and financial knowledge is preferred.
