Job Description

Develop and Implement New Key Account/Channel (Modern & Traditional Trade) sales for Small Domestic Appliances (SDA).
Manage SDA sellout, including sales promotions, responsible for dedicated SDA promoters, work with promoters agency for recruitment and provide strategic sales leadership.
Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow SDA business in Indonesia.
Working with creative agencies to produce marketing materials for online advertising for any tactical promotion and point of sales material like brochures and catalogues.
Working with sales team, merchandising agencies and vendors to execute instore booths for product display and exhibitions.
Working with sales team, external vendors and agencies to execute events such as cooking event, product or store launch, seminars and talkshow, competition, etc.
Provide sales team with any assets, visual, or document required from the dealer.
Responsible for all marketing goods including freebies, POSM, and loan stock.

Qualifications

Trade marketing/shopper marketing and/or operative sales.
Retail sales in home appliances company.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly for cross departmental cooperation.
Project management, creative and negotiation skills.
Adequate entrepreneurial ability to ideate and execute independently.

Additional Information

Contract position for 6 (six) months.
