Jakarta Premium Outlets® Tangerang City is a premium shopping mall that aims for world-class shopping destination. We are currently recruiting employees for the operational and management team at Alam Sutera Tangerang Indonesia.

Basic Job Function:

1. Develop and implement the company’s marketing, promotion, and customer service strategies to attract customers and retain existing customers.
2. Evaluate the implementation of marketing, promotion, and customer service activities.
3. Create strategies for marketing and promotion campaigns and implement them.
4. Determine the budget for each campaign/advertisement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist marketing manager in leading marketing, event, promotion team and customer service teams.
2. Create and ensure marketing, event and promotional strategies are on target, measurable, on schedule and implemented well.
3. Create a work plan for the operational activities of the marketing, event and promotion team and ensure that the plan is implemented.
4. Coordinate the marketing, event and promotion team to follow directions to achieve the targets set by the company.
5. Conduct comparative studies to similar premium outlets.
6. Set the budget amount for each campaign/ad.
7. Plan event activities and carry them out well.
8. Monitor outlet sales growth and company income.
9. Provide fresh ideas to improve marketing, event and promotions in achieving company targets and objectives.
10. Create weekly and monthly marketing, event and promotion reports.
11. Carry out other instructions given by company management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related major.
2. At least with 3 years minimum of experience as assistant manager marketing, preferably in shopping mall.
3. Age between 30 – 40 years old.
4. Familiar with ms office (excel, word, powerpoint), corel draw, photoshop, video editing, other design application.
5. Familiar with social media, event and digital marketing.
6. Able to work independently and as a team.
7. Can build relationships and adaptive.
8. Excellent level of ethics and integrity
9. Willing to be work in site office Alam Sutera Tangerang.
