• Monitor, regulate, maintain and ensure that all licenses, certificates, licenses of the Group Companies are valid according to applicable regulations including ensure the compliance of good corporate governance throughout the Company’s business activities.
• Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
• Ensure effective and efficient coordination and appropriate services are provided by third-party counsels (law firms, notary, etc.)
• Monitoring and planning licenses renewals/applications, including coordinating with licenses provider/related governmental institutions, including to supervise and ensure that all documentation from Companies Group is up-to-date, neat, filed, and organized in well-organized filing system.
• Ensure proper and correct review and finalization of legal documents (including proper execution) in accordance with the Company’s Group interest and policies.
• Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities, including develop and manage strategic litigation projects, draft legal applications, briefs, pleadings and other documents for submission to other parties.
• Assist to translating documents; and other tasks delegated by superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in law or relevant field;
• Minimally 3 years’ experience in this field;
• Possess Peradi Licenses will be advantageous;
• A team player who can operate/tend to solutions independently;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent in verbal and written English;
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing the groups industry;
• Strong ethical principles and commitment to promoting ethical behavior in the workplace;
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide business-oriented legal advice;
• Possess high initiative to learn and understand work ethic & ethos;
• Willing to travel out of based location to meet with people in government agencies.
