Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.

Assistant Manager, Engineering provides managerial support to Manufacturing Engineering, Productions and Factory Managers for manufacturing systems, manufacturing processes, and checking equipment, tooling and robust work standards.

The general responsibility covers:

• Establishes standards and works with shop personnel to resolve problems related to process, tooling and equipment.
• Works to improve safety, quality and productivity through the use of ergonomics, time studies, procedural analysis, product design/redesign and specification of tooling, fixturing, controls and mechanization.
• Responsible for supporting the manufacturing operation by providing tooling, processes, equipment, needed and is done through coordination of a technical staff assigned to provide for the needs of the shop operation.
• Maintenance, storage, and accessibility of all files and information used and produced by the Manufacturing Engineering department Specifications & Drawing files

To hold the position you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree from technical or related university
• A generalist in engineering area with E&I or Mech. Background.
• Relevant certifications as per mandated by regulations.
• Good command of written and spoken English and or Mandarin.
• Minimum 7 years experience in factory, with 4 years as supervisor.
• Proficient in relevant software and hardware.
• Ability to learn fast.
