Jakarta Premium Outlets® Kota Tangerang is a premium shopping mall that aims for world-class shopping destination. We are currently recruiting employees for the operational and management team at Alam Sutera Tangerang Indonesia.

Basic Job Function:

1. Assist the Centre Operations Manager in managing mall operational activities including tenant management, facilities management, parking management, cleaning service management, security management, safety management and specially building maintenance management.
2. Ensure that all building operational activities such as electricity, lighting, water supply, elevators, air conditioning, Internet, etc. are running well and ready for use.
3. Ensure all mall building conditions, order, cleanliness, environmental safety, tidiness, and beauty of the mall environment are in good condition.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Centre Operations Manager in managing and being responsible for all building operations including building maintenance including repairs, renovations, building safety and Mall cleanliness and security.
2. Lead and ensure that the sections under Centre Operations carry out their work well.
3. Assist Centre Operations Manager in preparing the Mall operational budget efficiently.
4. Ensure cost effectiveness and energy efficiency.
5. Foster good relationships with tenants and external parties
6. Ensure that mall operational work procedures are carried out by the operational team.
7. Ensure that policies, rules, and regulations in the mall operational area are implemented by the operational team and tenants.
8. Carry out periodic inspections and resolve problems that arise during the inspection.
9. Ensure that the performance of contractors and vendors is in accordance with the work agreement.
10. Accommodate and resolve all complaints from tenants and visitors.
11. Coordinate, evaluate and propose solutions to problems in carrying out building management.
12. Control and take corrective action towards the smooth running of the company’s financial performance in accordance with the established budget plan.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, management, engineering or related major.
2. At least with 3 years minimum of experience as Assistant Manager Operations, preferably in Mall.
3. Age between 30 – 40 years old.
4. Fluent English is mandatory.
5. Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office).
6. Able to work independently and as a team.
7. Can build relationships and adaptive.
8. Excellent level of ethics and integrity
9. Willing to be work in Site Office Alam Sutera Tangerang
