Job Title: Assistant HRGA Manager

Location: Surabaya

Reports to: HR Manager

As an Assistant HR Manager, you will work alongside the HR Manager to ensure that our organization has the right people in the right positions, and that our policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for handles the everyday administrative and HR responsibilities of a company and providing support to various HR-related functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

HRGA Assistant Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s goals and objectives
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer letters
• Assist in developing and delivering employee training and development programs
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance management issues
• Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR-related issues, including employment laws, policies, and procedures
• Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Ensure that HR processes and procedures are efficient and effective, and identify areas for improvement

HRGA Assistant Requirements and Skills

Ø Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related field

Ø Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Ø Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Minimum intermediates excel skills level

Ø Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ø Experience with HR software and systems

Ø Strong attention to detail and accuracy
