Responsibilities:

• Assist the Factory Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Supervise and coordinate production activities, including stone cutting, shaping, polishing, and finishing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all factory workers.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
• Train and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control, Procurement, and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in implementing cost-saving measures and initiatives to optimize factory operations.
• Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Factory Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the stone industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of stone manufacturing processes, including cutting, shaping, and polishing techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of production workers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed to support production schedules.
• Placement in Cikupa, Tangerang.
