Job Description

– Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that encompasses the entire marketing funnel and utilises pay-per-click (PPC) channels or other media platforms in order to achieve the marketing objectives.  
– Create media plan and implement the ads campaign using PPC channels or other media platforms.
– Identify target audience based on marketing objectives.
– Write engaging ads and ensure that every copy is free of typographical, grammatical, spelling, and other such errors through proofreading.
– Make creative briefs for ads templates.
– Collaborate with Graphic Design Team to create appealing ads intended for social syndication.
– Assess the impact and suitability of various media types to target specific markets based on the needs and desires.
– Monitor and analyse ongoing campaign performance, provide reports, as well as make recommendations for campaign optimisation that may drive growth in accordance with marketing objectives.
– Create proposal decks and performance reports to be presented to a wide range of audiences.
– Be current on media trends in order to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

– A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
– Have at least 4-5 years of experience in digital or PPC marketing, strategic media planning and buying, or other related fields.
– Prior working experience at a media agency, digital agency, digital marketing in a corporate, or e-commerce is a big plus.
– Possess an understanding of marketing and its funnels.
– Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategy, tools, tracking, and paid channels, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Ads, Programmatic Ads, Affiliates Marketing, Remarketing etc.
– Certified in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
– Have strong analytic and communication skills to conceptualise ideas and transform them into a presentation deck.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
– Capable of analysing raw data to generate marketing insights and strategy.
– Proven skills in keyword research, campaign structure development, daily optimisation, A/B testing, and others.
– Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills.
– Able to work independently and as part of a team, adaptive, and a fast learner with a can-do attitude.
– Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
– A proactive and inquisitive nature is highly desirable advantage for this role.
– Willing to do a hybrid working arrangement in BSD, South Tangerang.
