Job Description

1. Order properly based on PO/BOQ and plan from project team from China to Indonesia

2. Manage the inventory of each regional warehouse based on project requirements

3. Coordinate with headquarter team to monitor manufacture progress.

4. Monitor imported cargo international shipment from headquarter, custom clearance, until material inbound to warehouse.

5. Monitor local purchase order until material inbound to warehouse.

6. Responsible for KPI on time delivery, order planning accuracy, order closing timeliness, inventory turnover.

7. Support project delivery implementation by ensure and enhance success supply of installation equipment needed.

8. Close coordination with other internal supply chain team and understand the scope of custom clearance, warehousing, local deliver, reverse logistics, and local procurement.

Requirement

  1. Fresh Graduated Bachelor degree and above in Business, International Business, Management, Marketing, logistic or related fieldMinimal GPA 3.2 / 4.00.

  2. Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written).

  3. Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.

  4. Excellent leadership and managerial skills.

  5. Ability to work with teams and collaborate.

  6. Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts.

  7. Able to understand and been worked for at least one area in: Warehouse Management, Delivery on Time, Inventory Accuracy and Local Purchase, Vendor Management Inventory, and all logistics related.

  8. Specialize in at least one or more areas: logistics, order, procurement, custom clearance, supply chain management.

  9. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Power point) and strong in data processing, visualization and analysis.

  10. Understand about safety concept and implementation.
