The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand activation and will also have experience in conducting end-to-end brand research.

Qualifications

Candidate must hold bachelor degree in marketing/business major, preferably from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.30, with min 2 yrs experience in related fields, especially in beauty industry
Must have experience in handling brands (in-store activation – handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities. Conduct competitor studies such as analyzing competitor activities and researching various types of campaigns.
Capable of processing and analyzing data.
Highly passionate in beauty, familiarity in latest beauty and marketing trends will be an advantage
Having sharp analytical and research skills
Good communication and teamwork skill
Fluent in English is a must

Job Descriptions

Help to develop, implement and monitor result of promotional activities
Ensure all brand projects are executed well through interfaces, deliver on time and track post launch progress on brand
Help to prepare reports on brand performance and sales
Develop product/brand materials for customer/sales team
Analyze and review market trends
