Job Description

Assist Manager in making annual and monthly operational budget, based on annual operational plan
Coordinate the Assistants to ensure all operational work of the garden runs according to the SOP and the target set
Ensure the required material Assistant is always available in the warehouse and its use is done optimally
Directing and ensuring all operational work carried out can support the achievement of quality and quantity according to the target set
Working closely with the Manager and Assistant in analyzing and assessing the quality and quantity of production and fieldwork achieved and taking corrective measures that need follow-up
Manage the needs of labor and distribution of vehicles, so that the operation of the garden can run effectively and efficiently
Ensure operational support division (Civil Engineering, workshop, infra, etc.) runs according to company standard
Daily posting of all operational work in accordance with system authorization
Perform cost control by comparing and analyzing actual cost with defined budget and providing necessary comment
Ensure all financial and operational data inputted into the system is checked and there are no errors.
Implement Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at work site.

Job requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field
Minimum 3 years of working experience as Askep Agronomy
Have a good knowledge for ISPO & RSPO.
Willing to be located in Central Kalimantan
Good leadership and communication skill
