Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Asisten Peneliti Fakultas Bisnis dan Manajemen di tempat usaha Universitas Internasional Batam untuk daerah Batam Kota & Kepulauan Riau atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Asisten Ritel (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Qualifications:

  • Minimun of Bachelor’s degree in the field Business, Accounting, Management, Tourism business;

  • At least 1 year of experience as a research assistant or in a similar position (preferred);

  • Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (using SPSS, STATA, PLS, E-Views or related software);

  • Good communication skills, especially in writing reports and academic presentations;

  • Able to work both in a team and independently with good time management; and

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software.

Job Description:

  • Support research activities, including data collection and analysis;

  • Conduct literature reviews from academic sources;

  • Assist in the development and testing of research instruments (questionnaries, interview guides, etc.), manage and maintain the integrity of the research database;

  • Prepare research reports and academic articles; and

  • Coordinate with the research team regarding research schedules and activities.
