Job Description:
1. Providing pharmaceutical services
2. Compounding medications (powder preparations, capsules, creams, and syrups)
3. Prescription drug services (reading doctor’s prescriptions, labeling)
4. Assisting in conducting stock opname
5. Organizing pharmaceutical products distributed from the warehouse to the pharmacy
6. Recording administrative completeness of Drug Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Drug
7. Receipt Records, and Return Notes
8. Reporting findings on discrepancies found during pharmaceutical service processes to Pharmacists, clinic supervisors
9. Executing all Standard Operating Procedures related to pharmaceutical services and Clinical Services effectively
Job Requirement:
1. Diligent and responsible
2. Minimum education of D3 Pharmacy (Pharmacy Associate)
3. Possess an active pharmacist license (STR)
4. Disciplined and capable of working in a team
5. Preferably domiciled around West Jakarta/Tangerang
6. Able to read prescriptions
7. Willing to work on weekend
