Job Description Summary
Responsible for end-to-end OTR Finance process for transactional (TX) scope, accurate financials for a portfolio of projects by profit pool within Indonesia, Philippines, Australia & New Zealand. Areas of responsibilities include project set up, performing contract margin reviews, pacing validation, monthly & quarterly closing activities, account reconciliation, assisting with Stat & Tax audits by providing appropriate data. This is an individual contributor role and reporting to Asia SS&O (Services Selling & Operations) OTR Finance COE Leader. Job Description

• Lead OTR financial activities for TX core portfolio consisting of Field Services, Repairs, Parts & Upgrades across SAP PMx, Oracle Charlie and Oracle Alpha.
• Account for financials of the projects in line with GAAP & STAT policies & standards (e.g., revenue recognition, journal entries, etc.)
• Support Country/Sub-region MFs in delivering financial targets by working closely with Ops and Fulfilment team.  Identify and remedy risks and drive closure of opportunities in pacing.
• Champion the Oracle Charlie transition into SAP PMx from OTR Finance standpoint.
• Drive TX core pacing and submit to regional FP&A & Country/Sub-region MFs. Support backlog validation, early read, budget submissions, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Utilize fulfilment Tools (Copper, Astro, Thunder) to support pacing assumptions, validate revenue fungibility, deferred costs booking, update pacing by dynamic nature of project execution.
• Provide finance guidance on issues around Oracle Charlie, SAP PMx and Alpha Parts financials.
• Provide finance support for presenters, validate financial data shared with leadership.
• Cross reference pacing data with fulfilment organization and action any discrepancies.
• Support Statutory and Tax queries related to TX Core financials and drive closure.
• Assist / Consult / Partner with Controllership team on validating FMV assessment, POB scopes and Rev Rec Methodology.
• Be a strong advocate for LEAN culture, supporting continuous improvement of processes and driving standardization of OTR finance processes across the Asia pole.
• Responsible for general project accounting, policy application & process administration for all accounting cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc.. Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver efficient financial and project accounting process.
• Ensure process compliance to relevant local regulations and support Indonesia local Stat & Tax requirement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics major from an accredited university
• Minimum 5 years of finance working experience in a global business environment

Desired Characteristics

• Expertise in relevant ERPs (Oracle Alpha, SAP (PowerMax), and Oracle Charlie ))      
• Solid understanding of USGAAP and statutory accounting principles with ability to translate accounting requirements to ERP solutions
• Demonstrated ability to deliver with focus, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly         
• Experience and interest in driving process improvement   
• Excellent time management, organizational and data driven skills
• Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or ability to work in ambiguous situations
