Join us. About the Team: TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with a brilliantly engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The Artist Partnership team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streamings, hit charts and brand collaborations. Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic relationships with top artists and labels to strengthen TikTok’s role in the music ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and drive company growth.
• Deliver A&R approaches that are both data-driven and creatively inspired.
• Plan and execute impactful music events and activations.
• Analyze market trends and artist performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of the music landscape in Southeast Asia and its influence on both local and global markets.
• Extensive knowledge of the TikTok ecosystem and current music trends, with a preferred existing network of relationships with artists, labels, and media.
• Fluency in English, both verbal & written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• 5+ years’ experience in partnerships and business development.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently, with the capability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional tasks under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated excellence in collaboration and relationship-building with both internal and external stakeholders.
